All the usual terms and conditions relating to normal use of Eden Softplay are in effect during parties, this includes all rules of play as well as the maximum height limit for children and the required attire.
Deposit: To make a booking a deposit of £30 needs to be paid to Eden Softplay at the time. To ensure a fair booking process, we do not allow for provisional bookings. The deposit is non-refundable and can be made by card payment over the phone. If paid by cheque the deposit will be valid upon the date of the cheque clearing.
Full payment: The full balance of the party price will be payable 7 days prior to the party. Cancellations can be made up until that date and only your deposit will be lost, but for cancellations made after that time the full balance will still be payable to Eden Softplay, unless in exceptional circumstances (such as major illness).
Guest list: For catering purposes, your final number will be required at the time of final payment, along with any dietary requirements of guests. Please bring a list of names on the day of the party. Please note that any additions to the guest list after we have received it need to be paid for at the time of the change.
Maximum guests: The maximum number of guests for the parties is 40 children. A party with a “Private Use” extra can have up to 75 children in attendance.
Adult supervision: Eden Softplay does not provide childcare services, for this reason it is expected that at least 1 adult per 8 children will be in attendance at the party to ensure all party attendees are safe and complying with the rules of Eden Softplay.
Exclusive use: Please be aware that parties do not include exclusive use of the Softplay apart from “Private Use” extra which offers exclusive use after 6pm.
